KUSAK CUT GLASS WORKS, crystal products are made with the highest quality standards and we proudly stand behind the quality, craftsmanship and performance of our products. If any products due to material or workmanship are defective, we will gladly offer replacement. Please remember your contents are your responsibility and we do not cover shipping and handling.

For replacement for breakage due to shipping or quality of product please do the following:

1 Take a photograph of the problem.

2 Describe the problem in detail via our online form with your contact information.

One of our personnel will contact you within 48 hours of your email or on the Monday following, if it is a weekend.
